Cats are so goofy! I did that to Socks growing up when I was wrapping Christmas presents and she wanted to play and bit me and went nuts while I had scotch tape in my hand so i stuck it on her. It was hysterical - she did the same things (she also did that when we put a collar on her too). I would never do that with mailing tape though. Too much fur would rip off. Not nice! Poor cats. They get tormented and we laugh at them. Still, it is pretty darn hilarious. Cats rock.
